• All prices are wet rate (Fuel and Oil) and by the tachometer or Hobbs.
  • Tachometer (tacho) times as entered in the technical log are the basis for charging and should be continuos. The last tacho reading from the shutdown of the flight before is the same as the start tacho reading for the following flight.
  • All pilots must be current and legal to fly. Any act that invalidates the insurances on any aircraft will result in litigation to recover costs should any aircraft be damaged or destroyed.
  • All pilots accept the insurance excess as a cost should the aircraft be seriously damaged.
  • Any pilot unable to demonstrate recent flight time in an aircraft of the same or comparable type may need to complete a check ride (at LSOF’s discretion) with an approved instructor.
  • LSOF is not responsible for any costs incurred away from the aircraft base (London Elstree).
  • A booking that renders the aircraft unavailable for other users for the majority of the day will be subject to a minimum charge of 3 tacho hours (at LSOF’s discretion).
  • No compensation is available if the aircraft becomes unservicable before any booking.

  • The decision to fly always rests with the pilot in command and LSOF in no way acts as an agent to diminish those responsibilities.
